 OFSN RESOURCES Minimize

OFSN RESOURCE DIRECTORY

Thankfully, none of us need to walk through this journey alone.

There are so many wonderful people and programs both inside and outside our state of Oregon for families to access.  Admittedly, some gaps and needs still exist, calling for citizens, volunteers, heroes and others to fill.  And yes, sometimes accessing resources requires a good measure of persistence, perseverance and patience.  Fortunately, with experience and knowledge we can all help one another and ourselves.  Advocates and/or Family Navigators can help, too.

OFSN is proud to present the new, online OFSN Resource Directory!!

It's free.  You don't need to register to view the links.  You do need to register to add or modify links.  You can also have bookmarks, subscribe to receive newsletters and receive notices when new links are added to certain categories.  You can also add reviews and/or rate the links -- promoting the best ones to the WHAT'S COOL page.

We have a lot of work left to do filling it up -- that's where YOU can really help out!  ...letting Oregon families know what help is out there.  Once you register, you can choose to ADD A LINK under any existing category.  If you have ideas for new categories, let us know by email: ofsn at ofsn.org.

We want to minimize rework and duplication where possible.  That's why we link to other resource directories where possible and welcome Data Exchange Agreements with such organizations.  We can import and export database content.  We believe in the " No Wrong Door " approach -- OFSN is just one of those doors for family members to access the information and help needed.

We depend on our visitors and volunteers to let us know if any links are broken, if information needs to be corrected or what new services should be added to the list.
