Oregon Family Support Network (OFSN) is a healing organization that provides support, education, and advocacy for families with children experiencing mental, emotional, or behavioral health challenges. Within its team, OFSN promotes emotional, psychological,  and physical well-being through supportive, compassionate, and inclusive practices that encourage personal growth, recovery, and resilience.<\/p>\n

Oregon Family Support Network foster environments of kindness and understanding, where individual team members feel heard and supported. OFSN’s strives to have work places that are non-judgmental spaces where diversity is respected, and individuals feel safe to express their struggles and experiences. OFSN offers its full-time employees comprehensive health, vision, and dental benefits. In addition, OFSN offers its employees and employee wellness and an employee assistance program.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

HOLIDAYS<\/h3>\n

OFSN currently observes these paid holidays:<\/p>\n

New Year’s Day | MLK Jr. Day | Memorial Day | Juneteenth | Independence Day | Labor Day | Veterans Day | Thanksgiving Day and the Friday following | Christmas Eve  | Christmas Day<\/p>\n

In addition, employees who successfully complete a 90-day review period are eligible for a maximum of three floater holidays per calendar year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

OPTIONAL BENEFITS<\/h3>\n
