October 10th, 2023: World Mental Health Day!

If You Need Help, Ask For It! End The Stigma

World Mental Health Day is an international day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma.

In 1994 World Mental Health Day was celebrated with a theme for the first time at the suggestion of then Secretary General Eugene Brody, and each year and day to follow, today is to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and to mobilize efforts in support of mental health.

Mental Health is a universal human right!
