In addition, employees who successfully complete a 90-day review period are eligible for a maximum of three floater holidays per calendar year.

OPTIONAL BENEFITS

OFSN also offers its employees optional life, disability, and accident insurance upon hire. After one year of employment, employees may also opt-in to a simple IRA.
