Wraparound Phase 4

In this training we will take a deeper dive into Phase 4 of Wraparound and to role of a FFS/Family Partner. We will break down the activities in this phase and how those activities support the bigger process of Wraparound.
We will take a look into Family Partner best practices for engagement and helping the team prepare for meeting a family where they are at.
