The Nurturing Fathers program is an evidence-based, multi-week training course designed to teach parenting and nurturing skills to fathers and father figures. Each 2-hour class provides proven, effective skills for healthy family relationships and child development.

In this training we will take a deeper dive into Phase 4 of Wraparound and to role of a FFS/Family Partner. We will break down the activities in this phase and how those activities support the bigger process of Wraparound.

We will take a look into Family Partner best practices for engagement and helping the team prepare for meeting a family where they are at.

This training will guide you through the principles of Strategic Sharing, helping you share your story in a way that empowers others, and builds hope, while maintaining personal and professional boundaries. Participants will learn how to tailor their experiences to different audiences, balance vulnerability with self-care, and use storytelling as a tool for connection, advocacy, and systems change. Through interactive exercises and real-world scenarios, this session will equip you with the skills to share your journey with confidence and intention.
