Oregon Family Support Network (OFSN) offers two paths to find the support you need as a parent or caregiver raising a child with behavioral, emotional or mental health challenges. Either contact our regional staff to speak with a Family Support Specialist, or contact our warmline at Reach Out Oregon and talk by text, chat or phone with a Family Support Specialist during our open hours.
Oregon Family Support Network has "Family Support Specialists" throughout Oregon who can work with you and support you from a position of lived experience raising children with behavioral, emotional or mental health challenges. We support families with children 0-18 and transitioning young adults through age 25.
At Reach Out Oregon we offer many different ways (phone, text chat, a discussion forum, online Zoom discussion groups) to connect with our community of parents with lived experience of raising children with behavioral, emotional and mental health challenges.
